This is a versatile clamping structure, allowing users to clamp square, rectangular, or round parts relative to the known datum positions. This smart solution can hold inserts from 50mm to 500mm.
The MicroLoc Fixturing system provides our engineers with a highly accurate, quick setting approach to clamping prismatic and irregular shaped parts.
This modular clamping system has yielded 28% efficiency in the T & T Precision 3-axis machining department by allowing our team to make swift changes between tasks, reduces cycle-time and costs thus saving time and improving efficiency.
A major benefit of the MicroLoc Fixturing System is that it can be modified to fit any size machining centre and can be operated via an M Code in program, making this an easy-to-use, intuitive clamping technology.
